Teleperformance which has been operating in the Philippines since 1996 which nearly operates 30,000 workstations in several locations won the 2017 Asia – Pacific Contact Center Outsourcing Service Provider of the Year Award during the annual Frost & Sullivan Asia – Pacific ICT Awards that was held at Shangri-La Singapore last July 6.
This is not the first time that the said Outsourcing BPO company won an award from Frost & Sullivan. Teleperformance won the same award last year and two years before that, last 2014, AON Hewitt certified Teleperformance as the Best Employer in the Philippines.
