  • Yes, our quote is all inclusive of agents salary and benefits, meeting area, pantry, locker cabinets, desk equipped with at least Core i3 computer and office productivity softwares. We can provide you an outbound dialer (vicidial) server - ideal for telemarketing or mass calling if you require it. Please let us know if you need other systems.
  • Some of the candidates will be source in-house, and some will be applicants who responds to our job postings. You have the option to interview them and decides who gets to your team here. Every staff hired by our company go through extensive screening process. We give them specific exams and conduct personal and professional background check.

  Prime Service Packs Specific Questions:

  • Once we have processed your membership fees, we can no longer give you a refund. If you wish to discontinue your membership, please inform us before the start of your next billing cycle.
  • Unless you availed of our corporate plan, our services are in a per individual bases and are non-transferable.
  • You can give us your notice any time before your next billing cycle begins. You can send your notice to us by email, phone call or unsubscribing via the Portal.

  • No, we will not require you sign a long-term contract. You simply have to pay us on a monthly basis.
  • Your unused time can be added to next month as long as you did not cancel your subscription. If you canceled your subscription and you still have unused time, it will be lost indefinitely. Please note that rollover time is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

  • After termination, we would surrender all account information and data including passwords, source codes, customer information, etc. For your own security and convenience, we would require you to reset all your password after the project has been finished. Prime Outsourcing will not be liable to any related damage to your company after the contract period.
  • Yes. We assure that every computer in our office are enforced with the latest online security features, as well as with updated anti-virus software. Our office building also has sufficient backup power that can provide electricity during sudden blackouts.
  • We currently have several Internet connections available from different premier service providers in the Philippines today.
