How do i know that my staff is using brand new computers?
You can get snapshot of the station using programs like CPUZ. We can also scan the sales invoice from the computer vendor if you need it.
Can my staff use Microsoft Office 2021?
We can install the trial version since its useable for 60 days. After that, we will buy a license free of charge if you continue to use the workstation. We install Openoffice by default.
How many are using the leased workstation?
The workstation is co-shared with another staff working on the next shift but your files are secured since they are using different users/passwords. We charge 50% more if you want the station exclusive to your staff
What are the payment options?
We require 1 month upfront payment. We accept paypal, major credit cards, and bank wire.
Do you offer iMac and MacPro workstation?
Yes, please send the specs for us to send you a qoute.
Are the softwares genuine?
Yes, we only install licensed softwares in our workstations. We dont allow allow our staff to just install any software w/o our permission.
Who will manage my staff there?
We have supervisors and technical support people on duty
How about power interruption?
Our office building has a backup generator set
How about weekends and holidays?
Our office is only open Monday – Friday, 24 hours excluding National holidays of our country We can open a section of the office if you have a team of at least 10 staff
Do you give discount for bulk orders?
Yes, we can lower the monthly rate if you order more than 5 workstations.
How reliable and fast is your office internet connection?
We have multiple low latency internet lines (DSL and leased) from 4 different ISP. If your staff requires bigger bandwidth and dedicated lines then, just upgrade the plan
Are the workstation available to use now?
We maintain 5 spare ready to use on A-type workstation and 5 spare B-type workstation. This is available anytime to use.
I want specific computers from Dell, HP, Lenovo. Do you offer it?
Yes, pls send us your specific model and specs so we can send you a quote.
Do you give access to IP cam so I can monitor my staff?
We can only give access to it if you are leasing 5 workstation. You can order a webcam attached to the station instead
