For every new client you successfully direct to Prime Outsourcing, you will get a referral fees as shown by this table:
Staff Leasing Service:
Full-time Staff= $100
Half-time Staff = $50
Project Outsourcing: 5% of the total project cost
Prime Service Packs: $50 for packages below $500 and $100 for packages above $500
-The amount is not convertible to cash but as service credit to your account. Avail of our services and pay us from your credits earned.
-One time only, renewal of the same staff, project, service pack is not valid
-Existing client should have no past due invoices and have used our services for the last 30 days
If you are a former client of Prime Outsourcing or a non-client and you directed a new client to our company, you will get half of the amount listed above.
We are committed to protectingboth our privacy thus we are open to Non Disclosure Agreements.
We offer a monthly subscription to keep our pricing competitive; it also allows us to manage our resources more efficiently.
Source codes and the rights of the project belong only to you. Prime Outsourcing will ask for your permission before we show the portfolios to our prospective clients.
You can give us your notice any time before your next billing cycle begins. You can send your notice to us by email, phone call or unsubscribing via the Portal.
PrimeOutsourcing can handle any type of task that does not require physical presence and can be done by using a phone or computer. Kindly contact us for more information.
Our team members come from different backgrounds and each one is extremely proficient in his or her chosen field. All of them are fluent in English and have plenty of experience in providing quality customer service.
Currently, we accept major credit cards via PayPal. You can still pay using your card even if you dont have a Paypal account. We also accept bank wire transfers.
Your unused time can be added to next month as long as you did not cancel your subscription. If you canceled your subscription and you still have unused time, it will be lost indefinitely. Please note that rollover time is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.
Once we have processed your membership fees, we can no longer give you a refund. If you wish to discontinue your membership, please inform us before the start of your next billing cycle.
We require a minimum of one (1) month commitment.

Our office is located at a premier Business District in Manila, Philippines. We operate 24 hours a day and manage the following standard shifts:
a. 07:00AM – 04:00PM GMT +8 (morning)
b. 09:00PM – 06:00AM GMT +8 (evening)

Yes, our quote is all inclusive of agents salary and benefits, meeting area, pantry, locker cabinets, desk equipped with at least Core i3 computer and office productivity softwares. We can provide you an outbound dialer (vicidial) server – ideal for telemarketing or mass calling if you require it. Please let us know if you need other systems.
No, you do not have to pay any start-up fees. You only have to pay for the monthly subscription fee, the details of which are in your sign-up page.
If we are unable to carry out your request due to factors beyond our control (ex. the date and time for your restaurant reservation is unavailable or if the item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock), it will be classified as a “chargeable task”.
We send a confirmation email upon recipient of each task every time.
We promptly start work within one (1) business day after we receive your payment.
Simply log in to your account and click “Cancel” and your cancellation request is effective immediately. Un-used days/hours will not be refunded.
No. Your dedicated employee only works for your company. You have full access to the staff via email, chat, and phone. They are being managed by supervisors on duty.
No, we will not require you sign a long-term contract. You simply have to pay us on a monthly basis.
Some of the candidates will be source in-house, and some will be applicants who responds to our job postings. You have the option to interview them and decides who gets to your team here. Every staff hired by our company go through extensive screening process. We give them specific exams and conduct personal and professional background check.
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Just contact us and we will process adjustment on your account.
Unless you availed of our corporate plan, our services are in a per individual bases and are non-transferable.
Yes, you can talk to our supervisors anytime. We suggest you talk to them so that staff issues are resolved on time. Occasionally, they will proactively contact you.
Some of our clients are using ringcentral.com they just set forwarding on their toll free number, pointing it to a RINGCENTRAL number that is setup on the agents softphone or hardphone. Or we just copy your settings at your current call center. Just tell us your preference and our IT team will adapt accordingly.

It is best if you are able to give us the leads. By giving us the leads, we can immediately start contacting clients for you. If you wish for us to generate leads for you, it would require you to accomplish additional service fees. Please contact us for more information about additional service fees.
Yes, the agents are dedicated and will exclusively work for you. We can install remote monitoring program like team viewer if you require it. We can also install IP cam for your team so you can see them in real-time.
After termination, we would surrender all account information and data including passwords, source codes, customer information, etc. For your own security and convenience, we would require you to reset all your password after the project has been finished. PrimeOutsourcing will not be liable to any related damage to your company after the contract period.
