Q. Why do you offer a monthly subscription?

We offer a monthly subscription to keep our pricing competitive; it also allows us to manage our resources more efficiently.

Q. When will I give notice should I wish to discontinue my membership?

You can give us your notice any time before your next billing cycle begins. You can send your notice to us by email, phone call, or unsubscribing via the Portal.

Q. What type of tasks can PrimeOutsourcing do?

PrimeOutsourcing can handle any type of task that does not require physical presence and can be done by using a phone or computer. Kindly contact us for more information.

Q. What qualifications does the Virtual Assistant have?

Our team members come from different backgrounds and each one is extremely proficient in his or her chosen field. All of them are fluent in English and have plenty of experience in providing quality customer service.

Q. What kind of payment method do you accept?

Currently, we accept major credit cards via PayPal. You can still pay using your card even if you don't have a Paypal account. We also accept bank wire transfers.

Q. What is your rollover policy?

Your unused time can be added to next month as long as you did not cancel your subscription. If you canceled your subscription and you still have unused time, it will be lost indefinitely. Please note that rollover time is not transferable and cannot be converted to cash.

Q. What is the refund policy?

Once we have processed your membership fees, we can no longer give you a refund. If you wish to discontinue your membership, please inform us before the start of your next billing cycle.

Q. Is there a start-up fee?

No, you do not have to pay any start-up fees. You only have to pay for the monthly subscription fee, the details of which are in your sign-up page.

Q. If you are not able to complete my request, will you still charge me?

If we are unable to carry out your request due to factors beyond our control (ex. the date and time for your restaurant reservation are unavailable or if the item you wish to purchase is currently out of stock), it will be classified as a “chargeable task”.

Q. How will I know if PrimeOutsourcing has received my task delivery report?

We send a confirmation email to the recipient of each task every time.

Q. How long does it take for your services to start after I sign up?

We promptly start work within one (1) business day after we receive your payment.

Q. How can I make a service cancellation?

Simply log in to your account and click “Cancel” and your cancellation request is effective immediately. Unused days/hours will not be refunded.

Q. Do I have to sign a long-term contract?

No, we will not require you to sign a long-term contract. You simply have to pay us on a monthly basis.

Q. Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime. Just contact us and we will process the adjustment on your account.

Q. Can I share my membership privileges with other people?

Unless you availed of our corporate plan, our services are in a per individual bases and are non-transferable.
