Every contact center staff hired by Prime Outsourcing went through an extensive screening process. Specialized exams and personal and professional background checks are performed to ensure employee integrity.
 
Q. Do you use a predictive dialer system such as VICIDIAL?
Yes. Predictive dialer systems such as Vicidial would be advantageous for us and your needs.
 
Q. Do we give you the leads, or is your company capable of creating leads for us?
It is best if you are able to give us the leads. By giving us the leads, we can immediately start contacting clients for you. If you wish for us to generate leads for you, it would require you to accomplish additional service fees. Please contact us for more information about additional service fees.
 
Q. Are your staff perfectly proficient with oral and written English? How about other languages?
All our employees are well versed in the English language as well as its culture. Unfortunately, none of our current staff are eloquent with other foreign languages such as French, Mandarin, German, etc.
