Rain is pouring, but it didn’t stop us. There’s nothing like a short break from the office to recharge, bond, and make memorable moments with your team.
On July 18, 2025, we set off to Batangas for our 3-days and 2-night company outing at the stunning Club Punta Fuego- a getaway that brought laughter, fun, and new stories to tell.
Day One: Travel and Tunes
Our adventure began with a road trip from Metro Manila to Batangas. After a few hours on the road, our first stop was at the renowned restaurant in Tagaytay, which is ‘Leslie’s’, where we filled up on appetizing Filipino dishes like Krispy pata, chapseuy, Kare-kare, ensaladang talong, and a comforting Filipino soup made with tender beef shanks and bone marrow, bulalo, while enjoying a foggy view of Taas Volcano. Bellies full and energy restored, we continued traveling to Club Punta Fuego.
Upon arriving, we were greeted by the serene atmosphere of the resort, the view of the gloomy clouds reflected in the sea, and the crashing, strong waves.
After we checked in, we rested and relaxed for a while in our cozy rooms, and later that evening, we gathered for dinner, where a karaoke session brought out everyone’s inner performer. From heartfelt ballads to energetic pop songs, the night ended with a full stomach and happy hearts.
Day Two: Team Building and Swimming
Our second day kicked off with fun activities. Despite the competitive spirit, the focus remained on bonding and teamwork. It was a great reminder that collaboration doesn’t always happen inside the meeting room– it can happen over fun games with a bit of friendly banter on the side.
In the afternoon, the drizzling rain didn’t stop us from enjoying the pool. Who said swimming while raining can’t be fun? It was indeed amazing. As the night fell, we shared a meal and continued the fun with a lovely game night where team strategies and quick thinking were put to the test.
Day Three: Last Day with Delight
On our last day, we finally got to enjoy the beach. The sun came out just in time for a refreshing morning swim in the sea after breakfast. It was a perfect moment to relax before packing up. The weather gave us a chance to enjoy the warmth of the sea.
After we packed up, we enjoyed our last lunch at Club Punta Fuego, and it was time to head back to Metro Manila.
Tired but Happy, Short time but Memorable
As we drove back, conversations were filled with favorite moments and new inside jokes. The trip to Club Punta Fuego wasn’t just a break from work but a reminder that the best teams are built not just in offices but in shared experiences and genuine connections.

Beyond the scenic views and relaxing atmosphere, this outing strengthened our teamwork, bonds, built new friendships, and gave us stories to laugh about long after we’re back at our desks.
