When everyone was finally settled, the team departed promptly from the Aster Business Center. As the bus rolled out, the scenic route to Tagaytay can be seen, providing everyone with breathtaking and relaxing views. The team took this opportunity to relax and enjoy the journey.
Arriving in Tagaytay, the team ate a hearty meal at Tower Ground Bulalohan. The renowned bulalo was a hit, and the meal served as a great bonding experience for the whole team.
With satisfied appetites, the journey continued to the Pico Sands Hotel. The excitement was palpable as everyone anticipated the luxurious accommodations and activities ahead.

The activities include fun games such as garter relay, tic tac toe, animal symphony, paper ping pong ball, human caterpillar race, hula hoop relay, action relay, form-a-word challenge, and multi-drawers.
By the end, each activity brought the team closer together, emphasizing the importance of collaboration and mutual support.
After an intense session of team-building activities, the team took a well-deserved break. This was followed by a delicious lunch at Alegria Function Hall, providing ample time to relax and recharge.
The afternoon was dedicated to relaxing and some outdoor activities such as bird watching and a thrilling banana boat adventure. Anyone can join these activities but some opt to just relax and bask under the sun and enjoy the sound of waves of the sea.
By the nighttime, the well-anticipated dinner and awarding ceremony were held in the Alegria Function Hall led by the opening remarks of Sir Bong. The Blue team was announced as the overall champion of the team building activities and was awarded with cash prize by Sir Bong.
In the end, everyone was recognized for their participation and achievements. Certificates were presented, and the atmosphere was filled with applause and smiles.
The evening was free for the team to explore the resort’s amenities or simply relax. Dinner at Alegria Function Hall was another delightful experience, with everyone reflecting on the day’s activities and the strengthened bonds within the team.
