In 2012, the Prime Outsourcing family decided to celebrate the most wonderful time of the year decked in one of the most festive colors for the holiday season: red. The company’s Christmas party, which was entitled “Shades of Red,” was held at The Bayleaf in Intramuros, Manila on December 8th.
Christmas Party Games
Garbed in their semi-formal best, the Prime staff became recipients of many prizes thanks to the games, contests and the raffle. Staff members had fun (and received cash prizes) through games such as ‘Group Yourselves,’ ‘Picture Perfect,’ ‘Name the Picture,’ ‘Happy Feet’, as well as ‘Take It Off, Make It Count ‘ and ‘Last Man Standing.’ There were two contests that definitely made the event entertaining for the attendees: ‘Just for Kicks’ (a dance showdown) and ‘Joyful Noise’ (a singing face-off). Of course, the event was made complete with a Secret Santa exchange.

However, what made the staff most excited was the raffle. Items given away included gift certificates, a digital camera, an Android phone and computers. One lucky staff member brought home the best prize of the night: P10,000. What proved to be the most interesting part of the program was the giving out of special awards to the staff. Each one was recognized for what made him or her stand out in the organization. The night was capped off with the distribution of giveaways.
