Team Building: A Successful Beach Getaway
This year’s team building took place last July 28-30 at Palm Beach Resort, San Juan Batangas, where the employees enjoyed the calm and serene atmosphere at the beachfront.
From the moment the bus left Manila, a wave of excitement and happiness filled the air during the ride. Before reaching their destination, Prime Outsourcing indulged in a well-deserved lunch break at the charming locale of Tagaytay. Appetites were satisfied with delectable food, and the scenic beauty of Tagaytay provided a serene interlude for everyone.
Around 2 p.m., the team set off for San Juan, Batangas. During the bus journey, everyone spent their time to relax. By the time the team arrived at the resort, they were welcomed by the breathtaking scenery of the beach. Everyone also enjoyed the snacks provided by the resort and was given some time to check their respective rooms and rest. At 7 p.m., everyone came together to enjoy a delicious dinner prepared by the resort. Then, they enjoyed the rest of the night by doing what they wanted.
The next morning was lively and engaging as the employees started their day with energetic Zumba exercises. The rhythmic beats of the music echoed across the open area as the team members enthusiastically joined in. The atmosphere was filled with laughter, enthusiasm, and a shared sense of health and wellness, setting a positive tone for the rest of the day’s activities.
After having their breakfast, everyone geared up for the upcoming team-building activities. At 9 a.m., the entire group assembled for the planned events. The employees were divided into two teams: the hardworking team in red shirts and the achiever team in yellow shirts. In a friendly rivalry, both groups competed in various challenges, including cheer, obstacle course relay, sack race, snake tail, station flag, and water relay. Ultimately, the achiever team emerged victorious. The experience left a lasting impression on the team, underscoring the significance of teamwork and good sportsmanship.
After completing the activities, everyone got ready for lunch and looked forward to enjoying the surroundings and partaking in the diverse water-based activities provided by the resort. Aside from the team-building activities, highlights of the day include the banana boat ride enjoyed by the employees.
The following day marked the conclusion of the weekend getaway, and everyone relished their last moments at the location. After a satisfying lunch, the Prime Outsourcing team completed their check-out process at the resort. The return journey was characterized by a calm atmosphere as fatigue settled in among the team. Nevertheless, the key takeaway was that everyone had a delightful time during the weekend.
